When will my order ship?

- There is no shipping on weekends or holidays.

Do you accept returns?
- Yes!

- Once your return is approved, I will send you a return shipping label.
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
What if my order is damaged when it arrives?
- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Are there exceptions to your return policy?
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Can I exchange my item?
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
- Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What is gold filled jewelry?
- Gold filled is a layered material constructed in two or three layers.
- The inside core is usually brass.
- The gold is bonded to the brass core with heat and pressure.
- The gold layer is substantially thicker than gold-plated items, making it an affordable and durable choice.
Does gold filled tarnish?
- Yes, but rarely.
- It can blacken in certain circumstances when exposed to excessive sulfides.
How do I care for gold filled?
- Do not wear in the shower or when swimming.
- Allow lotions and perfumes to dry before putting on jewelry.
- Dirt and oil can be removed with mild dish soap and warm water.
- Use a jewelry polishing cloth to shine it up to look brand new.
